- International Project Director of OECD’s landmark Assessment of Higher Education Learning Outcomes (AHELO) Feasibility Study
- Developing next-generation learning assessment with consortium of technology firms and universities
- Evaluating the productivity of online and hybrid learning for China’s Online Education Research Office
